“Archives” page title

When I changed my site to static homepage instead of having the default blog as home page, it began displaying a large black block with the title "Archives" (https://nonduo1.com/blog/) I've tried Header-featured-image / disable. I've searched and tried many things and nothing seems to affect this.Is there any way to get rid of the black block and "Archives" on the header? Thanks Paul.
