apple web clip not working on ipad 3

I created a png file and uploaded it via theme options and it's not working on my iPad 3. I open it up in safari, go to create a bookmark and there is no icon present. I made the file 114 x 114. Is there something I am missing? Also, I want to have a web clip that works for all apple devices, your theme options only seem to support one image file while in reality I think we need 3 or 4 different sizes to work with iPad, iPhone and iTouch. I am eager to get this done and will look forward to hearing from someone.
