Appearance –> Customize will not load

New install and now for some reason Themes ==> Customize aka: http://{url omitted}/wordpress/wp-admin/customize.php?theme=catch-evolution-pro just show a spinning icon. And secondly I can't figure out how above my default post Hello World to edit the featured images/slider. Greg
