Alternate Background Color not being applied

In the Chique Pro theme color editor it looks like everything is fine, see http://sportplatformwaddinxveen.nl/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/Screenshot-2021-01-17-215447.png But when I publish and load the actual site the color defaults back to the 'Construction' color. I also see the same blue color in the search box. Both should ofcourse be the same gray color I selected.
