Allowing Rollover Images to be Inserted on Pages

Hi, I'm trying to insert an image with a rollover effect on to my page using the following code: The effect works fine in my "Edit Page" window but when I preview it or publish it the rollover affect doesn't show up. Can somebody please help me? Thanks in advance!
