Align Primary Menu Left and Mobile menu not showing.

Hi I have 2 issues. If you view the following site: http://www.dentisteknight.ca the primary menu is right justified. I would like it left justified. On mobile devices such as iphone the menu is cut off which is why I would like it left justified. Also I notcied when enabling the mobile menu nothing appears in the drop down menu. I do not see the text associated with the menus it's just black like the background color. Thanks.
