Adventurous Slider Border Color

I have sliders which are quite wide but on a very wide screen there are blacks areas to each side of the sliders which don't look right. Is there a way to change their color to white (like the rest of the page), or is there a way to reduce the width of the site so there is nothing to the sides of the slider area? Thanks
