Adonis free – Contact form doesn't show

I can't figure out how to get the contact info form to show up on the Adonis free theme. I want it to look the same as the demo looks at the bottom of the homepage. The contact details (Phone, Email, Adress, etc) all work, but the form (Name, Email, and Your Message) doesn't show. Instead, the content from my [only] blog post is showing in that spot...
