Adjusting Padding Around Featured Header Image

Hello, I was looking for a way to reduce the amount of padding above and below the featured header image. The site address is www.fennelbsolutions.com and on the home page I have placed some test images at the very top of the page as a point reference. Also if there is a way to hide the page identification between the featured image and the page that would be helpful as well. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated since this is the first time I have used Wordpress. Thanks Much. Scott
