Adjust padding

Hi guys, re jazzjam.org.uk there's quite a bit of space above and below the main content section, and I would like to reduce it. I can't see anything in settings so guess it just needs a simple piece of additional CSS. Can you please advise what it is as I am struggling and haven't manage to hit on it yet! Many thanks, Chris
