Adjust Header Image, Height, and Content

This is a 3 part question: 1. I would like to adjust the height of the header image to something beyond the pre-prescribed 100% screen width 2. Is it possible to have different header images on different pages 3. Can you please show me how to change the title of pages via custom CSS w/o doing it in Wordpress. i.e. instead of 'Category:Blog', I would like it to just 'name of company' blog, etc. thanks!
