Adding solid color menu bar in Audioman template

Hello WP Experts! This is the staging site I'm trying to add the colored menu bar to: https://theopenairhomes.wpcomstaging.com/ I want to turn the transparent navigation bar on top to a solid color on the top but this theme doesn't have that feature. Can anyone help me figure out the code for this? THANK YOU!
