adding main horizontal navigation to footer

Hi we can not get our main horizontal navigation menu to appear in the footer, we would like to have a horizontal nav in footer that could be separated by / right now if u use the widget for nav it comes in vertical and sits on top of the footer also how do u get the post title to sit above the featured image? this was a post but the person figured it out but didn't share! thanks skinclinicny.com
