Adding header slider and video

Instead of having just the large header, is it possible to replace the header with a sliding header? Do I need to do any css? Also, where the large slider is under the menu, can I make that into a video? Again, do I need to do css. Last question, If I cannot do these things with CT Evo Pro, is there a better CT for doing these? Thanks, Jeff
