Adding fonts to ‘Font Family Options’

Hi I'm using the "Catch Pro" Theme and made some customization in a Child Theme. I would like to add the fonts "Inter" and "Noto Serif JP" to the Font Family Options:

Inter, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif "Noto Serif JP", "Times New Roman", Times, serif

Where do I have to change? Kind regards Laurids
