Adding Custom Google Search

How do you add custom google search to that Catch Box Theme (Premium)? I tried it but every time I searched it went to a blank screen on my search results page. I had to revert back to the normal search, which doesn't work all that well. Can you help me with this? My website: www.TeachMeiOS.com Thanks! Doug
