Adding code

Hey guys, I need help trying to find this place to add my code. The first image shows the code I've added and the desired result in the "inspect element" panel. I've searched for hours through my WordPress Code Editor on my server and cannot find this area of code to add my lines of code too. Please, my brain feels like its going to melt because I've looked at so much coding today.
