Adding and Deleting an author

Hello, I would like to remove the Author appearing on top of blogs posts as well as the dates. Or, I would like add an author, it is currently my email address and I would like to change it from that! Also, I am trying to get adds on my site and was curious if there was any guidance on this you could provide? Was between google adsense or Burst Media. Want something very easy! Thanks!
