Adding a second posts page (other than front page)

Hi and thanks for great themes. I want to have two post categories that each appear on a separate page. Neither of these pages will be the front page. The site link is: http://www.jhwriters.org/. I want "news" category posts to go to the News Page and "blog" category posts to got to the "blog" page. I had no problem doing this in Clean Journal Pro, but can't find the option in Responsive Pro. Thanks very much.
