Add pages based on categories

Hi, I just found the Helena theme and think it fits my purpose great. However, I would like to create a page at the top of the theme that says "Blogs on Colombia" "Blogs on Food"... etc. How can I do that? The page would be right next to About LetLifeInspire and Lukas. (www.letlifeinspire.com) I appreciate your answer. Sincerely, Lukas
