Add links to portfolio items/thumbnails

Is it possible to add links to the portfolio items/thumbnails? Currently, the layout is great, but there are no links to my pages with elaborate information on my projects. Here is the link to my website: http://box2401.temp.domains/~evelinev/. It concerns my home page. Thanks in advance, Eveline
