Add Google Font for Page Titles

Site URL: Sagas of the Wild West Wiki Good Day, I have been using Catch Adaptive Pro for quite awhile and love it. However, I would like to add the following Google font so I can use it for the page titles (to match the headings). Font Family: font-family: 'Rye', cursive; Link: <link href="https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Rye" rel="stylesheet"> Where and how would I add it to the theme?
