Add downloadable media to Header and other questions…

Hello, my website: lilyjeanpage.com was created with Alchemist Pro and is almost to where I want it, but I have a few issues that I would love some help with! I tried different plug ins but their support basically said that they can't do anything as it is located within the theme. I'd like to be able to add downloadable media in the header, directly under my photo with the word "demos" and include downloadable media (ie click on commercials and have the media play directly not navigate elsewhere). This request is to allow anyone on a mobile view to be able to access and download my content without having to expand the menu. As of now, you have to expand the menu option, select Demos from the Navigation menu, and then have to scroll down the page - there is no jump link. And further more, if I do click Demos and have to scroll down to view them, then the background color of my Contact Info changes from orange to black, and it is hard to read! To sum up, how do I add a downloadable media to the header (or barring that, have the navigation menu show with out expanding and when clicking on demos, takes me directly there without having to scroll), how do I add a jump link to an area on my page (see previous example), and how do I keep the Contact Info the same color when an option on the menu is selected?
