Account is pending verification – but no mail is sent out to activate account

Hi, after logging into my account, it says: "Your account is pending verification. Please click the link in your email to activate your account. No email? Click here to send a new activation code." But it doesn't matter how often I retry it. No mail is sent out to my mail account to activate my account. I just purchased a new license for a theme which cannot be downloaded. So it useless for me. Please help!
