Accidentally Hit reset on Customize

OY HELP! I accidentally hit reset this AM (not enough coffee) and it reset all the changes I made to the theme in the customization dashboard. This site resides locally on our network, so I had my IT person override the entire wordpress folder using Friday's backup. This did NOT bring back my customization. Where is that located so I can have IT look for it in the backup? Or am I hosed and have to start over?
