A question for drop down menus sir

Hello, Thank you for all the help my website is slowly looking professional!   this is my website vonromantiko.com I want to create a slow drop down box effect. because as of I right now it is instant. I want it to go down for a duration of 1 second....   Please help I want the slow effect.... Thanks!
