A question about excerpt tag

Hi, i arranged excerpt tag as 30 words at first installation and everything was ok. First 30 words had been seen and other ones could be pointed by a sign. Then i had to turn RESET ALL SETTINGS. i tried to define as before but now it is not working. My website is gezmeyiseveriz.biz
