A page which filters based on custom post type and custom fields

Hi, Excellent and clean code! I am having a difficulty in some customization. I want to display a page that will display custom post types based on the values in the custom fields in that post. Where should I be making changes? I have not been able to find the appropriate template to modify the loop. TIA :)
