404 page not same as home page

Hi, please see http://hayleys-little-explorers.co.uk/404 (that is how the header etc should look), if you go to http://hayleys-little-explorers.co.uk it reverts to an older version? I have contacted the hosts and they said it's an issue with the theme. "If the home page is different to the 404 page then this is down to the theme's design. I'd recommend contacting the theme developer for more support on this as they'll be best placed to advise." Please could you get back to me asap?
