1 post on homepage and 10 posts on blog page – How?

Hi there! I have a section on my homepage called "Our Calendar": https://niadart.org/ I'd like that section to display the four latest blog posts in the "Events + Exhibitions" category. For the blog page where all the posts in the "Events + Exhibitions" show up, I'd like to display 10 of the latest posts. Is there a way to do that, or does the number of posts have to be the same on the home page and the blog page? Thanks! Chrissie
