Hi Mahesh,
I http://www.shana-shanti.ch/Blog/ upgraded jesterday to Pro. At first, everything was fine. I rearranged my Page and profited from the new possibilities. Than, my background vanished (still adressed), second the slider broke down to the 1. of 4 pictures, then the pictures in the sites vanished.Everything was fine before! The whole Blogpage was perfectly working on Pro! And I can do nothing.

I recently purchased the Catch Flames Pro Upgrade and downloaded it to my laptop. I went to the Word Press dashboard and tried to upload it to themes. It gives me an error message. Please advise me how to install the upgrade. Thanks.

The background was showing behind the posts, (same background than in the Header). Slider is enabled. After I set everything up in Pro, everything was working! Background, Slider, all teh photos where there, it was perfect. After changing the fonts I was controlling everything. Then the background went off and as I was trying to get it on again, the slider stopped, and the fotos of the pages vanished…. My husband (Webmaster) looked it over, and he also says, that everything is set, and he also was not able to do something…

MaheshFebruary 5, 2016 at 10:50 am #84682MaheshKeymasterHi @shana-shanti,
The background issue is because of the CSS that you have in your Custom CSS:
#main { background-color: #ffffff; }
Please find and remove it from Custom CSS, then you’ll have your custom background back.
And for the sliders, it seems some plugins is causing the issue, please try deactivating one by one and check it.Let me know further.

ElisabethFebruary 8, 2016 at 10:55 am #84934MaheshKeymasterHi @shana-shanti,
It seems it is in Custom CSS. But if you can’t find it, try adding the following styles in Custom CSS at the bottom and let me know if it helped.
#main { background-color: transparent; }

femiMarch 25, 2016 at 12:02 pm #88221MaheshKeymaster@hoffmen99: Thank you for using Catch Responsive Pro. I checked the theme and seems to be an bug in the slider. Our team has found the bug and fixed it. The issue will be fixed on the next update ( will be available soon ). If its urgent for you, you can fix it manually. Find
catchresponsive-featured-slider.php
inside theme_directory/inc folder, go to line 53 you will see following code:
data-cycle-fx="'. absint( $options['featured_slide_transition_effect'] ) .'"
Change this to
data-cycle-fx="'. esc_attr( $options['featured_slide_transition_effect'] ) .'"
Note: The thing need to change is absint to esc_attr.Thank you for letting us know the bug.
