    Hey everyone,

    how can I get rid of this stripe texture that is automatically put over my HD pictures in the featured image slider? The Problem is: My high quality HD pictures look much worse and much more like lower quality because of this stripe texture.

    Is there a plugin or even an easier way to deal with that so that it just shows the pictures as they are (without stripes over it?

    @Salome: Please go to “Appearance => Theme Options => Featured Slider => Slider Options”, then check to “Disable Slider Background Effect” and save change. This will remove that stripe texture feature.
