Hi there

I am a wordpress newbie (sorry)

I would like to know how to change the colour of my menu bar as it doesnt seem to be an obvious option.

I would also like to know how to hid the comments and archive sections on the left panel – even though I have turned them off…or so I thought.

@Brytbiz: Color options is only there in Catch Box Pro version in Theme Options panel. For more details about Catch Box Pro, check out http://catchthemes.com/theme-instructions/catch-box-pro/

In Catch Box Free version, you need to change the CSS manually to change the color of the menu.

I am not sure what are you talking about the left panel. Can you explain in reference with your site URL.

Thank you for coming back to me. I have sorted the menu but not the left panel question.

If you look at my draft website…www.brytbiz.com – there are two components to the page

– the left side that has the content, and
– the right side that has the widgets (side bar)

If I change the default layout (under Appearance|theme options) to be just one-column no sidebar – it removes the side bar okay, but it reduces the size of the whole page to just the size of the content part – instead of giving me the extra space with the side bar removed.

Hope that helps, there is no option to upload an image of the two scenarios on here.

@Brytbiz: Ok about the page template there is 3 different option to remove the slider.
1. Disable Sidebar Template: See the demo http://catchthemes.com/demo/catchbox/a-page-without-sidebar/
2. Full Width Disable Sidebar Template: See the demo http://catchthemes.com/demo/catchbox/full-width-page-without-sidebar/
3. One-column no-sidebar: See the demo http://catchthemes.com/demo/catchbox/one-column-no-sidebar/

So as per our requirement, you need to select the template Full Width Disable Sidebar Template.
