How can I get the footer background color to extend off to the sides instead of just in the widget area?
May 27, 2015 at 4:07 am #58388ConnieParticipantFYI, I’ve tried some custom CSS but it’s not working. Would love some suggestions on custom CSS to add?
Thanks!

In Catch Flames Pro, you can go to “Appearance => Customize => Color Options => Footer Color Options” then change the color in “Footer Sidebar Area Background Color”.
May 27, 2015 at 7:13 pm #58436ConnieParticipantI have color in the background of the footer widget area, and want that color to extend more off to the sides. As it is now, it is blue in the widget area and white off to the sides. The site is not public yet.
May 28, 2015 at 9:58 am #58477SakinKeymaster@Connie: Are you sure that you change the color of “Footer Sidebar Area Background Color” and not “Footer Widget Background Color”. As in our server, when I change the color in Footer Sidebar Area Background Color, it change it throughout and if I change in Footer Widget Background Color, then it will not extent.
To debug more, I need your site to be live for me to check in.
May 30, 2015 at 1:21 am #58579ConnieParticipantI don’t even see the option to change footer background color. I have Designfolio PRO installed, but the only options I have are to select the color scheme with a drop down menu of limited selections (no customizing options), and I can select the background color – this I can customize.
I wish I could give you the link but I really can’t have the site go live yet.
May 31, 2015 at 3:19 am #58635SakinKeymaster@Connie: Hum we don’t have any theme name designfolio. Looks like you are trying to get help for theme which we haven’t build in. So, in that case, you need to ask in that particular theme developer forum. Here I am giving you instructions for Full Frame Pro theme, as you have posted question in Full Frame Pro theme Support Forum.

I just try to change the backcolor of my footer menue on http://www.igelev.eu
For that I change the option
<< color options => Footer color option => background color sidebar >>
Nothing. The back color of the footer menu doesn’t change. Seems not working. Any idea?
Regards
