My featured image slider stopped working. The arrows appear to click forward and backward but when I click on them nothing happens.

The other images are loaded and it has worked fine.

How do I fix it?

@svoelker: Looks like there is conflict between slider script and your plugin or any other scripts that you have added in. So, the what changes you have made in your site recently that stopped it from working. If you have added in or updated plugins then try disabling plugin one by one to find the conflicting plugins.

Yes, I believe so. There was a Slide Deck plugin that I deactivated or deleted because I thought the featured slider was native to the software so I didn’t need anything else. I can’t recall why i even installed it. I think at the time there was a feature in the slider I thought I need but discovered I really didnt.

What do I have to do to get the featured slider working?

@svoelker: there is still conflict. Try deactivating other plugins one by one.

Thank you Sakin. A plugin called Slingpic (viewers can use for sharing images) was causing the conflict. I deleted it.
