I need to create pages that are display only the posts by a single author. I’m fairly new to WordPress and it can be very confusing on how dynamic it is, and I haven’t quite got a handle on it.

Right now, when I go to my home blog page, It displays the first 3 lines of a post along with the continue reading mark, then the next post, below, that, etc. Right now, it’s fine, but I want to add another author, but don’t want that author to appear in this front page. I want to create another front page that has that author’s posts, and only that authors posts. I’ve added categories to each of the authors posts, but can’t figure out how to sort it by this either.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
